Ideal Dental Sugar Land

I love this place. They are very professional and care. My husband had an emergency and we made an appointment online at 4:00 am in the morning. It was very easy for online appointments choices with them. When we walked into the office at 9:30, the front desk is so helpful and my first impression was Lenna. She took a very good care of my husband with pleasant and we love her energy. The doctor was nice. He explained well before the procedure and called us at 7:00 pm on the same day to make sure my husband is doing ok. We know that their office closed at 5:00 pm but he spend time to call and checked on patients after work which is very much impressed and highly appreciated. We are in good hands and highly recommend

I love that they have Saturday appointments. Sometimes you do have to wait but the dentist is very good. I do think he listens to me and does a thorough check. The hygienists rotate quickly. I think every time I’ve gone I’ve seen a different one and some clean better than others but it’s okay because I think I do an okay job of my own and the debris does the deep clean. I continue to go!

I had such a great experience at Ideal Dental! Dr. Yue and his assistant were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to explain everything clearly. I honestly received the best care everything was smooth, gentle, and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a dental team that goes above and beyond!
